Suave HD icon theme for LauncherPro. With +250 icons!

It still need some love and a lot of icons are still missing, but I'm working on it.

BIG THANKS to Antonio Rodriguez for helping me out with the never ending work of this theme!

If you have any requests, send me a mail with the name of the app and the acitivy name.

Regarding the Angry Birds icons, the dev uses the same activity name for all the games, so dont blame me!
