- Fix: FC on car details screen for Android 1.5 and 1.6
- Fix: global stats values when vehicle sale date was set were wrong in 1 use case
- Fix: car details screen now shows sale date if set. No need anymore to unselect and select sale date condition

- Add app widget for direct new refuel entry. It uses also the pic of the car/bike.
